  I'll cut to the chase; It was disappointing when I was told by the staff that came with the plunger "we don't plunge the toilets" given that it was not flushing at the right speed when I arrived. I'm not sure why I'm paying to stay when I have to fix my non flushing toilet, when it is staff that failed to identify the toilet flow indicated there was an obstruction. They did not fix it while I was there for 2 nights and I feel sorry for the next guy that will get the same treatment when it clogs for them. The rest of the stay was enjoyable but it was just surprising to be told we don't do this. I did immediately ask why am I paying to stay here if I have to do this? Its not like the room was equipped with its own plunger. I brought it up at the desk on check out and got a sorry however I will choose another hotel the next time I am in red deer, as there are plenty in the area. I thought in the service industry the customer is always right. Guess not.

  Good experience. Good wifi, clean rooms, great pool. Awesome hotel for the price.

  Fairly old but quite clean. Breakfast is included, including hot food! The whole hotel could use a bit of an upgrade but it is decent.

  As someone who has worked there, I can honestly say this is the worst hotel to work at and/or stay at. The housekeeping manager was nothing but rude to me from day 1, but also was rude to customers or my coworkers in a snarky way when talked to. It is not a positive workplace to be at or as sanitary as you think. The hot breakfast is a mouth full of grease. For the price of the rooms that you get, you could find something much better! There’s lots of hotels near by that have better service, better food, and better management!!

  Worst hospitality ever! Had our luggage stolen from the desk. The general manager for the hotel tells us he will check the video when its less busy. 4 hrs go by did not do a thing. We finally called the cops, informed him we did before he finally checked the surviellence. Breakfast was garbage. Eggs from a box still had liquid in it, sausages cold on the inside. Never again!
