  We walked in after driving all night and the pool was under renovation which was ok I guess. She gave us our key and we headed for the room and I sat on the bed and instantly hear a giant drilling noise coming from above us. We were so tired and I said to my sister “grab your stuff we are leaving. Headed to the front desk to tell her we are not staying here literally 1min later she said she didn’t want to give us our money back and asked if I wanted ear plugs and was very sassy and rude. I said it was 1 min ago and you didn’t say anything about construction above us and I am not staying here.

  Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and rooms are very clean. Great location as well. My only complaint would be that the pool area has been shut down for almost 6 months for renovations.

  _Falling apart & disorganized_ I Was told there was no elevator while carrying a baby and suitcases up the stairs just to find out later there was. "breakfast opens early, but you're team can't eat until 9". Walked into my room with the trim hanging off the wall, not sure how a cleaning person would miss that. Pretty warm so turned up the ac came back after a few hours and the AC didn't work. Called for a fan. Waited 20min... didn't hear anyone at the door called AGAIN, I was told they checked and had no fans. -didn't bother to call and let me know-That I should jam something in the ac control to keep the nob on "cool" which I had tried. You won't see our teams staying at this hotel again. Wifi hardly works Save yourself the hassle and spend an extra $20 to stay somewhere decent

  The rooms are clean and nice. The fridge is small, and only a microwave is available, but that's to be expected. Full hot breakfast, which is nice (hours are limited-only open 6-9 an). Check in was simple and fast. The pool was down for maintenance which is a big downside as we would have liked to use it (and could have booked another hotel with a pool had we known).
