  Every staff member is always friendly and quick to help you, if you forgot something or would like something. Very clean rooms, and fast internet. Restaurants are close by and the staff are always willing to recommend other possible places. I stay quite often and have never ran into a problem here at the BW Plus in Red deer. Absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

  Hi My name is Cole, I recently stayed at this hotel and it was the friendliest staff and also clean rooms nice pool over all great experience. The ENTIRE staff was very nice to me. always smiling and you know sometimes you need that extra boost quiet rooms confortable stay average price but i would def stay there again thanks ladies !

  Stayed in a king mini suite. Very nice clean room. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. Good selection. Food quality was good.

  Very nice hotel. Ample parking. Pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Room was clean and well kept. The robe to use to get to pool is a nice touch.

  Great staff!! Newer hotel and an Easy location to get to off the highway and close to a number of restaurants and other amenities. Rooms are well maintained, warm and comfortable. Elevator has good service to the upper floors and noise does not carry. Large parking lot with plug-ins during the winter. Front foyer has a nice seating area with a gas fireplace!
