  This hotel has very clean rooms. The staff is friendly and courteous. The lounge has a pleasant atmosphere.

  Went here for a Comedy Night, so I can only rank the front lobby, bar and restaurant, not the hotel itself! The food here was amazing and the Comedy Show itself was also a great time! I personally would love it if more hotels did stuff like this, as I would totally go if I was staying in a room! The front lobby was very open and was clean!

  Pretty old building, but they had a pretty cool coop set up in the lobby with chicks for Easter. I thought it was a nice touch and added to the atmosphere.

  I stayed here for the Alberta Beef Industry Conference and was pleasantly surprised by my accomodation. I'm a Club Carlson member and was able to book a Queen suite for a very reasonable cost only a few days before I needed to be in Red Deer. The room was clean, if a little spartan. The TV remote worked, the Keurig was clean and offered decent coffee and I had a chance to try their breakfast buffet on my second morning's stay. Not bad but the eggs could have been fresher (and warmer). The waffle machine provided me with a great (if sweet) item for my breakfast. The staff member who helped me check in was great as well. Really made me feel welcome. Assuming I'm back in Red Deer in the future, I'll be sure to stay here.

  Was there for a social event in one of there banquet room. They do have a large amount of parking but can get sparse if all of the banquet rooms were booked with other big events which they were. The food was okay but it would of been nicer having a real roast being cut up in front of you otherwise pretty good. The banquet staff though were fantastic you couldn't get it any better than that. I would recommend booking there for a special event but would request fresh roast beef being served!
