  We would absolutely return to this awesome suite hotel! The room has so much space, is warm and inviting and well-equipped with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and dining room area. Beautiful views from both living room and bedroom. Staff is very efficient, kind and helpful. Great, reasonably priced cafe in the lobby. Could ask for nothing else!

  Enjoyed my short stay there and it was a good price compared to some of the other places, especially if you have a larger group. Room was equipped with a kitchen. You can print for free in the business center, and Daniel went out of his way to drive and meet me when I had forgotten something valuable at the hotel! He was so sweet and went out of his way after his shift! Fantastic experience on a short business trip especially because of its great location in the heart of downtown Ottawa. I enjoyed visiting the market, the Rideau Center, and parliament nearby. It was not the fanciest hotel, but we got a group rate, so it was a great price for the location and for a large group since you can fit lots of people on their suites.

  Excelente ubicación buena atención cómodo podría mejorar las habitaciones pero son buenas. Buena ubicación con respeto sitios turísticos emblemático centro comercial cerca lo recomiendo
