  One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Amazing helpful staff. Location is great: close by to all the attractions. Beautiful views and stylish interior. Best hotel in Ottawa!

  Rooms are clean and light, not cluttered. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Most staff are aware and alert enough to arriving guest to provide the Andaz service, others well are lacking. The view from the room and roof top was spectacular and breath taking. Over I loved my stay and appreciate the staff that made us feel welcomed. The hotel is clean and we'll maintained.

  Great hotel! Very clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly. We had a King room corner suite that was nice and roomy. Welcome drink at check in was a nice touch. Had breakfast from room service and it was great! It is valet parking on site but there are cheaper self serve lots nearby. Great stay!

  We had a great stay at the Andaz. It came with many perks such as complimentary wine, snacks and bottled water. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The locally made soaps are wonderful. The staff are very friendly and professional. It is situated in a great location close to many restaurants and the Rideau Mall. I appreciate the hotel letting us know about early check-in availability.

  Excellent hotel. Its not often we are pleasantly surprised anymore but they did it here. It was the small things. Locally made soap in the room, the free water or pop in the room, welcome glass of wine. All contributed to a great stay. Super friendly front desk staff, restaurant staff, and cleaning staff. Will definitely be back. Literally, perfect location too. Its so tall that you can see if from anywhere in the market so ya never get lost.
