  I didn't sleep here but I was there for a conference. Also for the restaurant because they were the only place open to eat at 10pm. Walking distance from a lot of places like the mall and the parliament building. Friendly staff and I didn't wait too long for my food at the restaurant. The food is great from the restaurant to it being catered at the conference, the staff kept everything clean and tidy. The bathroom has lotion :P also very clean.

  Absolutely love it. Been here a few times and it has been better with each visit. The food from the restaurant is actually good... the front staff are nice and service orientated

  It's a very nice hotel. Short distance to Parliament Hill and Byward market. Club room is nice (no free alcohol) but breakfast is nice and so were apps. Rooms are updated but still some older elements that make the renovation more noticeable. Feels new in areas and like a 1970s hotel in others. All around for location and price you can't really beat it.

  Such a magnificent experience! I was at the Sheraton for a two day training event and was managing the event. Throughout the full 20 hours, it was necessary I communicate with many of the hotel staff. With each person on their team, I had a great experience. They provided excellent support and were so friendly and always ready to help me with solutions to any challenge that arose. At one point I had to borrow cutlery for personal use and got to see more of the hotel, it was fascinating and I just fell in love with how well the team flowed within the hotel. The structure and decor is also wonderful. It's all very welcoming and warm and clean and lovely. Overall a terrific venue and team to be partnered with and I look forward to my next experience with them.

  The rooms are clean and have good amenities. The fitness room is decent with an indoor pool next to it. It lacks a pull-up bar but has free weights. The location is pretty good if you want to walk down to some of the prominent areas of downtown Ottawa. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay due to the friendly staff and excellent service.
