Friendly staff, helpful, honest in their opinions. Could do with a little more selection of accessories but everything they do have seems like quality goods. Bought a helmet and handle mounted rear view mirror. No complaints.

This is my go to shop in the city for many reasons. They are super helpful from my experience and they have no problem explaining things to you if you have questions. Their product line is great. They have a huge selection of track/fixed gear frames. If you are looking for a recreational bike I would shop elsewhere. They don't carry garbage products. These guys assemble bikes properly and safely. The place is nice and clean with stuff displayed nicely.

I wanted to share our positive experience at Bikes on Wheels. They helped us diagnose and fix a Norco Range Bike. Ali was supper helpful and professional in the process. I strongly recommend this shop for all your bike needs!

I was actually really surprised with all the bad reviews. I bought a bike on sale this week was in the shop 3 days in a row. The same salesperson, Liam was super helpful and patient with me. Other customers came in and he had no problems multi tasking. In defence of the other reviews, I went into the Queen West location 3 years ago to buy a lock and it was full of rude, pretentious hipsters. It seems like BoW are actively trying to fix the problem with less-toxic employees and my amazing experience this week should be proof of that.
