  Energetic, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Discounts for team and Shackpack members. Great spinning classes in winter and 3 season road, cross and MTB club rides. Great selection of bikes and accessories. My LBS.

  Knowing nothing about bikes 7 years ago I bought my first mountain bike from Bateman's, since then I have purchased 4 more mtb's a cross bike and a city bike. If it wasn't for Rob and his staff I would have never been drawn into cycling they way I have been. Having a team of staff at Bateman's that are passionate about cycling and have a culture of integrity, makes supporting this local bike shop a must!

  These guys are kind and personable. They talk you through what you need and they actually provide you with some worth while advice for you bike selection. I have bought one bike from there and plenty of parts, and plan on supporting them for a long time. Thanks a lot guys!

  I want to thank Jared at Bateman's on Dupont for his professionalism and excellent customer service today. I walked in looking for a bike seat this afternoon (after mine was stolen- boo), and he immediately set me up with a new one on the spot. He was super friendly and gave me some additional tips on how to further secure the seat when locking up. I highly recommend Bateman's for all your bike needs. Given the number of bike shops in the Toronto, this one ranks the highest in my opinion - no BS, no pretentious attitude - just down to earth decent people with a positive attitude. I will definitely be heading back.
