::Ordered a hashbrown with combo meal the last week the hashbrowni was hard as rock.. I litterly bang the hashbrown on the metal bar to show her how hard it was.. Totally unexatable.. She only gave a fresh one.. She knew it was old in the first place.. Terrible service

::Shout out to Mr. SAMBA the SUPERVISOR! He is very rude to us and to his trainee mr. Donnel. We are from NYC and from Toronto. Mr Donnel is under training which we understand he's taking time making our order and we can see he is making sure all our orders are properly served. After all the drinks prepared here comes our donuts! There are no other choices of donuts left. We don't like donuts with syrup type of filling or too sweet. There is only boston cream which is a lot and some old glazed donuts that we prefer to order for a dozen. The supervisor got mad because we are getting the boston cream. He said it's a special donuts so we can only take 3pcs of that kind. He said it's the store rules. We had an argument with Mr. SAMBA a very rude SUPERVISER. Mr Donnel (trainee) is very patient and friendly but a very opposite of the Supervisor. We cancelled the dozen donut and ordered half a dozen instead but still only ate 2 out of 6 because of lost appetite cause of the rudeness of mr. SAMBA. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN. SHOW A BIG SIGN THAT CUSTOMER'S ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO GET 3PCS OF BOSTON CREAM (SPECIAL DONUT THEY SAID) AS YOUR STORE RULES. Took us almost 20 minutes btw... Happened April 4th 2018 5:47pm
