  A local institution! Do not even think of going to Starbucks if you're in Ottawa. These spots are everywhere, and they're better in every way.

  The staff is super friendly, place is just a bit of a gong-show. Would probably help if they would add 'tap' functionality to their POS system. I have no idea why they don't do this. They do allow you to scan your Bridgehead card but pretty pointless inefficiency here.

  Bridgehead is easily the best coffee chain located in Ottawa and this is easily my favourite location of all of them. Service is quick and efficient, the staff are very friendly and the coffee is among the best I've had

  Great service. Excellent coffee. I love their iced latte and flat white. Sadly the pricing is a tad higher than i'd like.

  Horrible customer service. they made an error with my order then told me that is what I ordered in a rude manner. Also, their coffee cups are leaking. I love to support local businesses but I wont be supporting this location.
