  Positive experience every time I come to this location. The manager (Phil I think) does a spectacular job running the store. He is funny and kind to the customers, you can tell he is respected and liked by his employees. It is very rare you see someone truly enjoy their job like he does.

  The nicest service of ANY Tim Horton's I have ever been to. The black fella (looks like the owner, certainly acts like it in a positive way) is not only insanely funny, but SO NICE with everyone who walks in. From the homeless guys to the local business people. Such a great experience!

  THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN OTTAWA.DIRTY RESTAURANT DIRTY BATHROOMS AND THE UNIFORMS OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPPER DIRTY. I ORDERED A CHICKEN WRAP,THE CHICKEN WAS SUPPER COLD.AND MOREOVER A BIG PIECE OF CHICKEN FELT ON THE GRILL SO THE LADY DID NOT EVEN DISTURB HERSELF TO PUT ANOTHER ONE. WHY? YES WHY U R TREATING UR CUSTOMERS IN A DIRTY WAY ? COZ THEY R REGULAR PEOPLE WHO COME TO THIS STORE? BUT THEY R PAYING THEIR ORDERS THEY R NOT EATING FOR FREE U R NOT GIVING PEOPLE FREE FOOD. SHAME ON YOU CLEAN THIS PLACE CLEAN THE TABLE CLEAN THE FLOOR SERVE A GOOD AND HEALTHY FOOD CLEAN THE WASHROOMS.... I KNOW U R DECLARING BANKRUPTCY IF I WILL NOT EAT THERE ANYMORE BUT AT LEAST ADMIT THAT THIS PLACE IS AWFUL

  I always order from the app and the walk from my home to this Tim Hortons locations is about 3-5 minute walk and they always have my order warm and ready to go! They're always very nice and approachable and never mix up my order. It's nice to have my weekly tea fix with a side order of professionalism and positive attitude! Keep up the good work!!
