  Products are cool and and all, but it would be really nice to know the price of things. I’m always having go on an excavation just to find the price of your products. Does your company assume everyone has limitless money and don’t care about how much stuff is and just buy it? Staff are okay. Some of them will tell me the promotion of the day, others will will just greet me then leave. Another associate just said hi to me then started talking to another customer. Guess it shows that if you don’t dress like you have money, you won’t be treated like it either. I will continue to shop her though because I do like looking at their products.

  The worst customer service I ever had in my life. Please Michael Kors change your staff especially your manager at the downtown store in saskatoon, he just doesn’t know how to behave with people.

  If I am going to spend $500 + on a purse, I expect great service. Here is a snippit into my MK experience here in Saskatoon: Me: Why aren't there any prices on anything sales girl: There are, you just have to look. me: Um, okay.... sales girl: they are right here [opens purse, zips open one of many pockets, digs around pulls out price] me: Kinda reminds me of shopping in Mexico, seems sketchy that the price isn't clearly identified. me: What's the warranty on MK purses? sales girl: 1 year me: Oh, Coach is 2 years... sales girl: This isn't Coach, This is Michael Kors [snotty tone] Guess I'll save it for Coach.
