  A pretty terrible location for a struggling business. It’s a weird trade off between being too far from the core for the office workers to come there yet they’re too close to the core for them to be convenient to get to in a car.

  The Print Centre at this Staples location is the worst one I've ever been to. Today was my 3rd unacceptable experience at this location, I asked the associate if he could print 3 pages for me, as my USB wasn't working in the copier and both self-serve computers were being used, and he said I will have to come back in the evening because they are so busy. As I'm walking out, the girl working with him calls to the main line and says she's free to assist other customers. Last week, this same girl, wouldn't assist in printing a document for me either and when an elderly woman came in while I was using self-serve, she told her the same thing. She only needed to print one page and the girl working told her to figure out how to use the computer at self-serve - needless to say that she left upset. The first unacceptable experience was when one of the computers in self-serve was down for almost a month, and still they wouldn't help if you pay the service fee. The Chinook location is a lot better than this location.

  I had a very smooth sailing experience. Found the staff to helpful and polite. Picked up a BDM order quickly and they did a lamination for me in under 4 mins.

  Pretty much the worst phone service I have ever received. No one answered the phone and the automated answering service is confusing and prematurely hangs up!! I just wanted to speak to a real person... Is that so hard??

  Not efficient at all. Waste of time. I went in for a max 5 min lamination job (which I usually do at the chinook location) and the lady said it would take 30 mins which is incredibly unreasonable especially since I was on a time crunch to get to class. After class, I went back and the next lady said 2 hours !! because they were behind on 2 jobs. This store is not busy at all and I counted 7 employees in total with 1 behind the copying etc counter. Pretty crappy service. I understand if there’s a bit of a wait if it’s busy but if you’re behind on jobs or there’s a line, grab any other employee to help. So frustrating. Last time I’m going to that location even though it’s 15 mins closer to home than the chinook one.
