  I use Metro Element often for flower deliveries for my company. They have never let me down - stunning arrangements, quick turnaround and excellent service. I could not recommend them enough!

  Revision: after discussing our issue with the manager and owner, they came to our house to assemble our dining room table and gave us a store credit to compensate for the lengthy delay in receiving our furniture. In the end, we were satisfied with how they dealt with our complaint. The staff were especially patient and courteous. We are very happy with the furniture we bought in the store. I was not expecting the extremely poor customer service after spending significant money on a dining room table. Delivery is taking over 3 months, and very little attempt was made at compensation. I do NOT recommend this store for any significant purchase. Customers beware!

  Custom ordered a Sofa and Chair and it arrived on time just before Christmas! Workmanship is really good. These guys know what they are doing as they custom size to the inch. They space planned my room and it looks great. I am so happy with my purchase. Love this place! Highly Recommend!

  Great store- always eye -catching window displays. Excellent staff who take good care, of you, have an eye for what will work and don't oversell you. Great selection- love the prices of unique home decor items too.

  I have bought furniture and accessories for my clients and for my own home, from Metro Element for the last two years and highly recommend the entire buying/service process they offer! The sales staff offer huge product knowledge in a non sales pressure environment, they are totally client orientated in terms of customer satisfaction. This is clear in the execution of the sale through to delivery, dealing very quickly and efficiently with any issues beyond they're control and providing a stress free Interior Design shopping experience!
