  The service I have received at 4living is absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail and designer eyes are such a valuable asset. They offer home consultations so you can make sure everything works well within the space, including sizing, fabric selections, wood selections, etc. They also support and promote Canadian made furniture! 4living definitely has exceeding my expectations.

  Disappointing experience. We spent >$10,000 on furniture at this store for our dining room only to receive chairs that were not level and only after months of repeated phone calls did we finally convince them to come out to adjust the chairs (they told us the floor of our newly built house was uneven). The chairs are now passable after being fixed (when spending $1,000+ per chair I would think them being level is a reasonable expectation). The dining room table was sold as a ten person table which it clearly isn't - 8 max. After asking they take it back for a large restocking fee, they said no, which is their prerogative, but it's a cautionary tale about 4living - prepare to be on your own after purchase.

  Was referred to 4Living by Huppe as one of their preferred dealers. Ordered a Media Unit that arrived with the wrong colors and Sales Team blamed me for not understanding Huppe ordering color codes...I thought that was the Designer's job? After which they told me they were just Order Takers, showed me the email I sent them and told me I should have configured the order properly. Guess I'll furnish the rest of my house at other Huppe Dealers in Calgary and Stores where the Designers actually care about their customers and help them understand what they are ordering. Welcome to the Wild West where most people just don't give a S###. Farm League for Customer Service...Will never go back.

  Nice furniture but I find extremely annoying the fact that a lot of items have no price tags. What am I supposed to do? Go to the counter and ask the busy saleswoman each time?

  My Girlfriend and I just purchased a new home and we needed a few major things like sofa, table and chairs. We were told by some friends that we should take a look at 4living furniture because they have knowledgeable staff, great customer service and unique pieces of furniture. The two of us ended up going to their showroom and were amazed by the selection of pieces and professional staff. We ordered a large table, chairs, sofa, and coffee table. A month later our custom sofa arrived with the color and fabric that we choose and the delivery team did a fantastic job to ensure the the sofa legs had leg protectors to prevent the hardwood floor from being damaged they even made sure to be extremely careful moving around corners. The owner Karen also dropped by to ensure that the sofa installed correctly and that it fit perfectly in our family room. We will definitely shop here again and use their interior design services and will also recommend it to our friends and family. A complete 5 star experience! Thank you!
