  I would highly recommend buying a car from Ottawa Honda Pre-Owned on Richmond! Amazing staff - knowledgeable, helpful and always ready to listen. They found the perfect car for me and made each step of the sale process an easy one. I never had to lift a finger and I'm super happy with my car. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with every aspect of my purchase before I took it home. I would definitely go back to them for any future purchases. A big thank you to Rick, Hedi, Arun and Jeff for all of their help throughout the process and on pick-up day.

  They are very friendly. They were able to take my car in right away. At their earliest convenience, and only waited a couple of days for my appointment. So far all is good!

  What a great place to purchase a used vehicle! the staff was so knowledgeable without pressuring me to purchase! Randy was very accommodating and my vehicle ready within a day! Laurie was so helpful! even when I couldn't come and pick up my new ownership because I was working night shifts, she DROVE MY OWNERSHIP TO MY HOUSE! excellent service! overall it was a great and positive experience for me !
