  I was impressed by how they treat their clients, just like family! I was very happy with the prices and the inventory. I didn't feel for one minute that they were keeping information from me or trying to make huge money off of me. Each car gets an in-person inspection from the owner so you know if it looks good on paper that it also looks good under the hood and inside the car. Only quality here! I highly recommend! (Purchased 2013 Subaru Outback in Dec 2017 and will return for my future purchases).

  Worked with Colleen, Tom and Dan to get my GTI and trade in my two cars. They were very straightforward and made the purchase enjoyable. Dan knows cars and the industry well and shows his passion about it. There is very little pressure-an example was taking a test drive on my own (no annoying sales person in the back seat like most new car dealers) and having as much time as I wanted. Everyone in the office seemed laid back, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their jobs and helping customers.

  The staff at Import Car Centre have an authentic personal touch that is reminiscent of days gone by. I drove from Toronto to pick up my car which they had ready for me along with my new license plates. Everyone said 'Hi' and most shook my hand. Just a warm and inviting atmosphere! And to top it off they have really high standards with their own auto shop connect to the dealership. I would happily do business with them again.

  My first time buying from a non-factory dealer, and was SUPER impressed. Tom Smetana was great, and made the whole process very easy. I was very happy with the service and their mechanics, and the entire buying experience. I strongly recommend them for any one looking for a late model high end vehicle.

  Great experience at ICC first time dealing with them and can't complain went in looking for a car I saw advertised but it had sold was recommended a BMW 330 that has just arrived drove great very clean. Eddie and the staff were easy to deal with and overall a pleasant buying experience. Can't wait to pick up the new ride.
