::Went there to have a passenger side wiper arm replaced because it was rusted out. Had driver side replaced last year. They replaced the driver side again wirhout even looking at the other one which was clearly rusted out and worn. When I called them they told me to bring the car back in and there would be no charge to fix it. They then charged me $37 to fix something they should have done properly to begin with. Update: I was contacted by the Service Manager at Camco Acura who apologised for the incident and they have resolved my issue to my satisfaction. There was some misunderstanding and I appreciate Camco Acura reaching out to me. Due to the way this issue has been resolved, I will contnue to deal with Camco Acura.

::Had a 911 situation where the heavy&wet snow was impossibly loaded up for my wipers to clear it off my front windshield and mother nature decided they needed to be cris-crossed! So fun. I was nearby (thankfully!) and the Camco service team had it all under control within 40mins so I could continue on with my day. The estimate was reasonable but the final invoice was a welcome suprise - $0.00! Thank you Camco team - will be back! Signed - a long-term Camco client - would highly recommend the Service team - 9+/10.
