  We did appreciate our recent experience at Lincoln Heights Ford. Dave Cameron and his collegues gave us an excellent service as usual. We have been dealing with them for about 15 years and for sure will continue to do so. We are loyal customers. We are also satisfied with the maintenance department.   Best experience buying a car. I went to a different Ford dealership in the west of the city and they wanted to sell the exact same car to me for $5K more. Lincoln Heights were extremely nice, very transparent, and very honest about the price of the car, their profit, and what fees we had to pay and what fees where optional. Our sales representative Denis D. went above and beyond. We were loaned a car, and Denis even lent us his car a few weeks after we received our car when our new car needed to have new keys programmed. I highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend you buy your car from Denis D.

  This dealer offers excellent customer relation and support. I had never previously dealt with this dealer, but once I showed up at their location, I was greeted with a friendly smile. Upon meeting my salesperson, I was able to express comfortably and without pressure all my questions. The salesman explain to me what he had to offer, and then gave me some interesting options to consider. I ended up listening to him and actually bought a completely different vehicle then my original selection. As the dealer did not and could not find in stock what I was looking for, they proceeded to order one from factory. I am very happy with my selection of dealer and my new vehicle.
