  Great Service and Prices. It’s nice to find a box store with great customer service (meaning the staff don’t run and hide when they see you). Pricing is great and sales are often - and shopping on line is great. We’ve used them to both buy and install a water heater and they were great.

  I called to get an estimate for a fence installation, they charge $50 for the estimate which if you decide to go with them you get the $50 deducted from the price of installation. I also called three other fence installers for estimates and they don't charge for their estimates. What are the chances Rona's installation price is higher than the others, hmmm, I can also charge $50 for estimates and make a pretty good income just giving estimates.

  Où est Gaetan? Quel magasin de marde. Nous avons attendus 45 minutes pour Gaetan dans le secteur des armoires de cuisine. Il a ete appelé a plusieurs reprises il ne s'est il ne s'est jamais présenté .

  Hit and miss. Today I was looking for a part (toilet flush valve gasket) that wasn't in stock. Instead of helping me and find the part in another of their store he wanted to sell me an installation kit which is 10x the price. Found the part across the street at Can Tire.
