  SAT ' 2:00 went in to buy $200 of items / just as the old Reno Depot / only bought $2 - dark haired staff person - 5'10" clipboard by the seasonal / he gave the impression that no he didn'y know where / nor was he about to help look / even in this quiet end of the store for the items I needed . Bad service when trying to purchace / will be even worse on returnsetc.

  Unlike the other big box hardware stores, Renodepot is more oriented towards contractors or skilled home owners. With the possible exception of their greenhouse/garden supplies, most of what they sell is hardware in one form or the other.

  If I could, I would give this store NO STARS. This store should NOT be in business. The employees, obviously, are trained to loathe the (English?) customers. The majority of the employees do NOT speak English, and therefore cannot serve them. The other employees -- most of them -- are as arrogant, as possible to the (English?) customers. Therefore, it is almost, always, impossible to get service...and when finally served, their attitude is 'g_ f___ yrslf', and they say it with 'HAVE a NICE DAY'.

  Poor service. Incompetent crew. Unable to transfer a call. Unable to fill orders or update the system with accurate information. People provided wrong information. Crew seems untrained and were unprofesinal. I dont recomend this place. There is better options close by. I will never buy at this place or their malfunctioning web site. Amazone, rona and best buy are amazing compared to this sh***beep** ho***beep*

  Service desk made me feel invisible. When they did serve me they sent me back to the department which had the product I was seeking. I returned twice and no one was there. Returned to service desk and was ignored. My son found a service person who waited with us for another 15 minutes. Processes need to be desperately improved here so people can actually provide client centred service.
