Helped me to get driving again! I had been turned away from 4 other dealers. Thank you!

Steer clear! Odometers are off compared to the readings thru an OBD reader! The people that work at this place don't even drive these vehicles to the store unless they are high end and very low kms. They do not drive the older(2010-2008) vehicles for quality control. Be Very careful! They are good salesmen. And that is not something to be proud of.

I called one day to ask about their in house leasing. John was very nice and told me to come in they he could help me. He quoted me $458/month for a car on a 4 year term. The next day i went in..drove several cars. So i agreed to the car he said was going to be $458/month with $1000 down. NOPE. Got a call on Monday saying my payments would be $550/month with $1500 down. I then checked my books and asked what my payments would be with $5000 down. I was told $450/month for 4 years. So with $5000 down i would be paying $27,000 over 4 years plus my $5,000 down? So if i took the $1500 down with $550/month payments i would get it cheaper? John also said "I make a TON of money off of you but i give opportunity." That's fine. His son tho? "We don't make ANY money off of leases, we give opportunity to people out of the goodness of our hearts. and we never do 4 year terms." Nothing but lies out of this place. And 4 out of the 5 cars i drove were on the way to the scrap yard. ALSO...If you ask about these bad reviews you will just get told it is Angry people that couldn't get their way and for attention. I now know this is not the truth. Good luck.

Great experience and great people who work there. My parents have bought a couple vehicles from here and never had one issue. The owners and salesmen are wonderful people to do business with. Most of these negative reviews on here are because people don't hear what they want to hear and don't qualify for financing quite yet (doesn't mean they never will). People often forget that while yes this is a used car dealership, it is still a DEALERSHIP, so they are not going to have crappy cheap cars for under $3,000. If you want a car with monthly payments that are $200 a month then I would recommend Kijiji. Again, great dealership and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy/lease/finance a decent vehicle.

If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle here I would be VERY cautious. From the moment I stepped into the dealership it was the epitome of “slimey sales environment.” I purchased a vehicle, agreed upon a price, work that had to be completed on it before I picked it up left a $500.00 deposit, and was happy with the price and vehicle. This is where my good experience ended. A few days later the owner of the dealership. (John Kenny,) reached out to me and demanded I put another $1500.00 dollars down as a deposit before they do ANY work on the vehicle. I was taken aback as I had already put a $500 deposit down, sorted out my insurance, brought my own line of credit, and had signed the bill of sale. When I mentioned to John I could go to OMVIC he said “Yea, go for it!” And was overall very rude. Eventually I gave in and made the trip down, paid an additional $1500 for my deposit and left again. Upon picking up the vehicle, I was told “Even though we put $112.00 on the bill of sale to license the vehicle, it actually costs $190 so you’ll have to pay that.” When I let it be known I didn’t want to pay that he said “Well if you don’t , it’ll come out of MY paycheck.” Just to be done with the whole situation, I paid it, and left. When I got into the vehicle I noticed there was about 5 dollars worth of gas in it. The overall experience was incredibly unprofessional, I was treated with little respect, and I would not feel comfortable doing ANY more business with them.
