The staff has always been pleasent, and prompt with their service. I would recommend it for all my electronic repairs.

My friend lost his s8 and I used my phone and tracked it to the store. The person on the other end was very evasive. I asked him to take my name down and he clearly didn't take my number down and hung up before I could give him my name. He seemed nervous and dismissive. He said they had somes Used s3s for sale, which nobody even uses anymore. I can't speak on their ability to repair phones but I would caution people doing bussiness here. I feel like a reputable shop would check their inventory and take down my information and ensure they were not dealing with lost lot stolen property. Why would a brand new locked s8 phone get tracked to a phone repair store exactly next day after the owner lost it?

To the ifix centre management, About a month ago I came into get my iPhone screen repaired. After leaving it in your care for an hour as prescribed, then coming back only to wait for another 20mins, I was told that my touch button was broken. After some truly below standard customer service, I was told that this was not the fault of the technician because the button is not altered in a screen repair. When I brought the iPhone to Apple Care, I was told that it was obvious that a new screen had been put on by a third party, even though I was assured by ur technicians that this would not happen. Apple also suggested that it was the poor work of the third party technician that caused my button to stop working. Also, my iPhone was reset so all my settings, music, photos and apps were wiped. I was deceived twice by your business and got some truly poor service and customer care. Long story short, I came to your business for a repair and ended up with a broken phone, lost data and a loss of $100.
