  Bose provides some of the best post sales service I've seen in any industry. I've gone in on 2 separate occasions to get small replacement pieces for my Qc15 headphones and both times the staff has given me one free of charge. Nice people and great company.

  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! After over a month of back and forth, in store, on the phone, online, and through third parties trying to get a replacement part for my headphones (which I stupidly broke, the part was not faulty), I went back in store and the two gentlemen working (Murray and Mitch) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only track down the part I needed from bose, but also provided me with a temporary solution while I waited. Their service was excellent and their extensive knowledge of the products was apparent. I left feeling not just satisfied, but grateful as well- they were so kind and helpful. I have found this location to have very friendly, helpful staff to begin with and those two were exceptional. Plus the products are great, so anyone considering it should go in and check them out!

  AWESOME Customer Service. If You Think the Apple store have great customer service, Bose in the Rideau Mall is 20x Greater. They really understand how to treat customers. 5 Star Quality, no doubt. I would give it 6/5 if I could.

  Exceptional staff! Polite and professional. I came in the store a few days after my warranty had expired on a sound link 3. The staff here went way above and beyond what they needed to do. I'll be looking forward to when I come back for a new set of headphones.

  Went in one day to check out a new sound system for the basement. Was greeted with a big smile the moment I walked in by the manager, Mike. Shortly after, Luke began to show me the different systems. Provided a wonderful Demo of a few different systems and sent me home a new Bose sound system. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff!
