  Amazing experience! We went to dinner for a special occasion and had a great time. Our server Tony & the assistant Luke were delightful. We will definetly be back!

  This is the perfect spot for a fancy date. I took my girlfriend for Valentine's day (actually went the day after because she was busy day of). We both absolutely loved everything about it. They took our coats when we came in and there is no need to order an appetizer as they bring bread, hot peppers and other light things while waiting for the meal. For drinks I had the Italian beer the waiter recommended and it was amazing, my girlfriend had a martini that was also delicious. I came in expecting the best Italian food I have tasted and was not disappointed. It was the best food I have ever tasted. I had a pasta sampler which came with meat lasagna, canaloni, and veal parmigiana. All of them the best I have had. My girlfriend ordered the veal chop and the bite I had was honestly the most delicious thing I have ever tasted. The service was excellent and the waiter gave good advice about what to order based on our tastes. The atmosphere was also very good for a date with dim lighting. It is very expensive so it is definitely a special occasion restaurant but I will certainly go back some day.

  Amazing experience at Giovanni’s! Immediately once you step into the restaurant the atmosphere provides for a fine Italian dining experience like no other in Ottawa. My friends and I (a group of 8) had booked a reservation but had to wait for a while by the entrance. Regardless the service was seamless and prices are actually reasonably for the quality of the food and service.

  Incredible service, perhaps the best service I have ever received! I went with my boyfriend for his birthday, and we were very pleased with the entire experience. From the moment we entered, to the moment we left the service was impeccable, someone opened the door for us, someone else grabbed our coats, there was no wait and we were given a romantic 2 person table. The waiter was very friendly and recommended a delicious bottle of wine, our plates were promptly taken away and our wine glasses were always full, I found the price very reasonable and will certainly be returning again soon! I
