  Saw a underground rap show here a couple months ago was good venue seems good staff was nice drinks are fairly priced

  Interesting two level set up, sound system is probably the worst I have ever heard at a venue. pure trash

  So, went on St. Patty's Day and it was a critical error. Waited in the cold for forty-five minutes to get in. The music was terrible- it was the same for two hours straight, and there wasn't really any recognizable songs played. Also, I ordered one drink, a rum, and coke, $7, and I got rum and nasty carbon water. The drink was clear. When I told the bartender his coke was out, he took a sip of it, spat it out because it was disgusting, then proceeded to tell me the coke was fine. It was not. Also, the coat check was so slow it took longer to get out than it did to get into the club. And, the dance floor was tiny.

  The Bourbon Room is my go to spot! The best music/DJ's, the best vibe and the best drinks! Amazing VIP booths and bottle service! There is so much space so you don't feel crammed and four bars with awesome staff so you can always get a drink without waiting. Would recommend this bar to anyone!

  I never write reviews like this, but this location just really triggered me. My friend purchased NYE tickets in advanced, we got there about 10 mins before they opened. It was about -33°C outside, we got kicked out by security or manager or some guy and was told we couldn’t stay inside, we have to wait outside. There was only 6 minutes left (there wasn’t even a big lineup or basically no lineup, because they probably kicked out other people too which they did kick out about 3 people in front of us), he said, “Doesn’t matter,” and walks away. Seems to me, all they want is money and couldn’t care less about their customers. I have never experienced such rude customer service ever. After that rude tone, we just left and went elsewhere, never went back that night and never will in the future. I’m sorry, but I will not spend an evening where somebody is just rude and can’t say things in a nicer way.
