::I ended up here randomly after a promoter handed us passes with two free drinks when we were headed to Elgin Street. He told us that there was an awesome view so we decided to check it out. I'm so glad we did. Club 21, located inside 40 Nepean Street, has one of the best views of Ottawa that I have seen. The inside was packed and the music was pumping. It's got a really interesting Asian type ambiance on the inside.
