  BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please go see Jessy for your car inquiries. He is knowledgeable about the stock, honest about the conditions of the cars and found me a perfect match! The deal was amazing! I test drove a few cars and all were clean, safetied, and smooth. I had a bad experience with Bank Street Mazda and I was gonna give up on getting one, but I'm so happy I went to Carling. No sleazy ploys to get your business, just honest and helpful staff. The Finance Manager Blake was also very helpful in explaining all the warranties and extra information that one needs to know. I'm so happy with my vehicle!

  My experience at Carling Mazda was nothing short of amazing. I dealt with Mackenzie Downing who had been a great help to me. It took me 3 trips to the dealership to finally settle on the car I wanted to walk away with and Mackenzie and the staff were nothing but supportive the whole way through, with complete understanding of the pace with which I wanted to go at, and respectful of my limits and my situation. Finally I was able to walk away with a car thanks to Mackenzie's constantly keeping my aware of the deals they were having via text. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone looking for a used or new car, they really do care about getting to know you and helping you find whats right for you rather than just selling you anything!

  Few months we were looking to purchase a new car, We visited few dealerships but the service that We got was more about selling than Helping us with the car that suits our need !!!! However, our experience really changed during our visit to the Mazda Motors in Carling Wood!!! As soon as we entered the dealership, we were promptly greeted and we felt welcomed!! The gentleman that helped us " Mike Murphy" was the same one that greeted us, and he absolutely gave us an incredible service, and ended up making our purchase on that day. The service, the follow up that Mike Murphy gave us were incredible, We couldn't be happier. We definitely recommend Carling Mazda, you will not be disappointed.

  I went to Mazda Carling last week for the first time and met with Nicolas Gravel. I was really impressed with Nicolas. He makes you feel comfortable and doesn't pressure you into a sale. He is accommodating and does everything in his power to get you the best. The whole team is friendly and professional. Nicolas' manager was very understanding of our requests and did everything he could to make things work. I have been to quite a few dealership but it didn't take me long to select this one as one of my favorite locations. If you are looking for a Mazda, look no further and ask for Nicolas!

  I went to Carling Mazda, met with Nic Gravel. Talk about great service. He doesn’t pressure you or try to up sell you. He took the time to listen to my specific needs. He bent over backwards to give me the best car shopping experience possible. I would recommend his services to anyone! And he’s perfectly bilingual. Highly recommend Carling Mazda!
