  Great friendly & family oriented garage. With an awesome location off Bank street in Ottawa is was easy to find. Great deals on tires & service I got for my vehicle. Thanks alot Jacob Motors. It was fast & convenient for me. Atmosphere is relaxed & easy going. I had price checked elsewhere so was a great savings I received by shopping around. Wheelchair accessible parking & very accommodating. Inside its a clean shop with seating available. Overall 5 stars !!! Call them today.

  Have nothing but good things to say about Jacob Motors. Reasonably priced cars and they stand behind them 100%. Would definitely deal with them again.

  I bought an Acura 3 years ago from Jacob motors the owner and his son really great people never had any issues with my car other then maintenance but overall amazing place to buy a car from and to fix i will be back 100% for my next purchase!

  I've been looking for a trailer for a while now. One that is reasonabily priced and in good condition. As soon as I arrived to Jacob motors I instantly felt comfortable in this family owned business. Jacob, the owner, is very understanding and helpful. His wife, Nadine, and son, Matthew, are also great and welcoming. I found the perfect trailer for the perfect price. Not the first time doing business with them and definitely won't be the last! Thank you for the great customer service! You guys are the best!!!!

  I went to this dealer to check out a 2008 Mazda 3 GX Hatchback. I decided to take it to my mechanic to check it out the next day. My mechanic told me the asking price is too much. The car was listed for $4495 but the dealer (owner/Jacob) has agreed to sell it for $4000 but my mechanic thought it's too much for a rough car (The rear bumper is cracked, there is rust in the back, there is noise coming from the back most likely either the suspensions or the muffler). The dealer declined my offer when I offered $2300 for it. When I took the car to my mechanic the gas fuel was near empty, it even turned amber, and I was wondering if I could make it back to the dealer after my visit to my mechanic. I'm giving it 2 stars because of my overall experience and how satisfied I was back then.
