  Not worth it. I spent 230$ expecting to have a good clean-- It just looks like it was vacuumed and the matts hosed down. I feel stupid for waisting 230$. what a waist of time and money

  Ottawa auto spa delivers once again. outstanding service , friendly staff , experienced ownership. their attention to detail and then some is always on point. from silver to platinum packages , they wash every car like they own it themselves. Reliable business and well worth every dime. check em out!!

  Amazing attention to details . Hard to reach spots were fabulously cleaned to my likings (between the cracks of the seats , dashboard creases and Consols were like factory clean) Good job

  Purchased a Groupon for my first ever car detailing experience. I normally give my car a thorough cleaning myself, and I guess I should have this time and saved over $100. The only thing I was satisfied with was they did get most of the salt out of the carpets. The seats were "shampooed" although once dry the stains from two toddlers were still there. The interior of the windshield was never touched. The center console in the back seat was never pulled down, it is really stained and cup holders still sticky with juice from the kids. The car now smells like something is rotten in it from the wet carpets I assume? Maybe dirty water they used? My car wasn't overly dirty to begin with, and looks like it just had a good vacuum. I don't recommend. When I called to complain, they wanted me to leave my car there for a whole day so they could compete the job they should have done the previous day when they had it for three hours.

  Used a groupon for my car. Initially I was a little skeptical as the young man working seemed quite and the office and waiting area felt very thrown together (although they did mention that were planning some renovations over the holidays). I waited at the location for him to do the job. Once he finished he pulled the car out and inspected it with me to make sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with the results. The car hadn't been cleaned in almost a year and the slat stains were still on the rug from last winter, but now it looks brand new. The interior was perfect and cleaned to high standards. It was money well spent and I will gladly return here after the winter to get the car cleaned again.
