  Although the room was a bit small, it was clean, well laid out, and looked quite new. The staff was excellent and the room service was quick and delicious. Would definitely stay again!

  Restaurant throws out your food instead of offering to put it in take away containers, the mini fridge is warm, you ask for more soap, shampoo & conditioner for a family of four & they give you shampoo only, no extra soap, very small rooms. Only gave 2 stars because it's downtown. Will only stay at the Westin from now on. Way better than the arc.

  Was there on a business trip. The space is clean but a little basic compared to Le Germain on the same street. The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is surrounded by pharmacies and small restaurants which is great. Watch out for a few impracticals like having a staircase instead of flat ground or a ramp in front of the hotel (awkward pulling luggage up).

  Hotel and conference rooms are clean. Nice in-house restaurant with good food but a bit pricey in my opinion ($20 for a hamburger with fries for lunch. Not too bad). Friendly service. Enjoyed my time.

  Gute Lage, Parlament Hill ca. 5 Minuten und ByMarket 15 Minuten entfernt. Saubere Zimmer. Freies Internet ( je nach Buchung).
