  Awesome hidden gem, but requires some know-how. Enter the garage at any of the three entrances (Elgin St, Albert St, or next to the Canal), take the ticket, and then drive down and use the washer. On your way out, you MUST go to the exit with the attendant and tell them you've just used the car wash. If you've been there an hour or less, and you write your licence plate number on your ticket, they'll let you out without having to pay $3 for parking.
