::Great location for me and the staff were friendly. Was a little put off that the agent didnt mention anything about the gas at pick up. I had to read through the terms and conditions embedded inside their email receipt to find out how it works. As this is there business I'm certain he didnt just forget to mention it. It's just another way they make money charging around .50$ per liter more than the going rate. Inside the store there is a small sign which explains their fueling options but it conveniently did not display any prices. I expressed my annoyance over the issue to friendly gal at check out and she was apologetic and said she would speak to the other agent about it. The price was fair and the car worked great. I would go there again. Make sure you refuel the vehicle before returning it .

::Easy, and great service. I rented from this location for a conference in Banff. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and helpful. Honest shop, you didn't feel like they were trying to scam you on anything, like other rental car companies I've used. Would recommend and would rent from here again.

::Staff at this branch are great. Enterprise is not. Rented a car in the morning, sidewall on the tire blew out on the road at 6pm. No spare in the car. Call their roadside assistance and they called the local branch to see if they were open. Because they weren't they said I had to wait until 8am the next day. I rented the car to get to meetings and still had a 4 hr drive to get there. The agent recommended I try to get it replaced for a "possible reimbursement". All shops were closed. At the airport now at 4am hoping to get to my meetings on time. Asked for them to have a car ready the next morning in Calgary for me to pick up and go with, they said they couldn't give me another car until the other branch verified that I returned the first one. Where enterprise failed Avis really helped me out! They were very understanding and set me up with a new car in no time. It cost me another 600$ and advise all not to count on enterprise. You'd expect some sort of support during daylight.

::Recently I had a big disappointment from another major rental-car company in Calgary, so I tried a different one: Enterprise in downtown Calgary. I am extremely satisfied with this Enterprise branch. Aaron provided all the details on the contracts and was willing to listen and address all my concerns. He also gave me a reminder call before I visited the branch. After I picked up the car, he sent a follow-up email. When i dropped off the car, all the payment process was simple and quick. During the payment process, I looked around and noticed that all the staffs greeted all the customers warmly. I felt they did care all the customers professionally. They also provided “drop-off” service which I never expected :) Minor thing they need to improve is cleaning inside a car. For me, it was acceptable comparing to other companies in Calgary. I absolutely recommend this Enterprise branch to my friends.

::These guys are awesome. The manager, Ashok Garsada, is always so kind and the staff are really friendly. I don't own a car and am renting and taking Uber constantly in Calgary, so when I rent one they work hard to make sure I'm getting the best deal. As a broke student who use to work in hospo before going back to school I care a lot about the customer service I receive. They're a fun group to chat with too and have always offered me a lift to where I need to go after I've dropped off the cars.
