::We came 10 minutes after 6 pm on Friday. Brandon stayed with us even though they already logged off their system & he was almost in his car to go home. Very efficient & enjoyable experience.

::Impolite manager, impolite staff. I'd recommend ANY other rental company. Without telling me, charged my card an extra $260 because my car was towed from the spot they told me to park it. Eventually was refunded - but it took way too much time and effort.
