  Didn't have the type of car I had ordered so got a minivan instead. But good customer service and very courteous employees.

  Did not have my car on time. Waited hours. However, there was excellent customer service from the manager, a spry, professional and youthful indian gentleman. He offered to drive me to my hotel as fast as possible in a nice car. And he made sure to keep in contact with me after I had missed my conference.
