  Dealt with Janet for both pick-up and return. Excellent service fast and courteous. Plus phoned her at least 3 times with questions prior to rental always polite and professional. Would definitely rent with them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a car rental. Thanks again for the awesome service.

  Felt surprised and shocked that Alamo is a small enterprise with no international exposure. Fact: went to Queen street office, ottawa for car this weekend at 2:00pm Nov 6th. Three front line staff do not accept Hong Kong Driving license with Canadian passport as what Hertz at York St., and Budget in Gatineau accept those documents.

  I have rented car with Alamo for the 4th time now and all I can say is great service and no complaint.
