  All the staff working at this location has more than excellent customer services skills. Very good location , so close between Gatineau, QC and Ottawa, ON . The main agency operator or manager at this location, is an honorable man. He is friendly, respectful, kind and polite. They always go the extra mile to help their customers. I have rented a car from this location twice and I am completed satisfy, and definitely I will go back to them whenever I need to rent a car. I believe they deserve not only 5 stars but 10 stars.
