  Staff kept telling me the tracking number wasn't right. Phone the company and they tell me that it was tried on April 5th, like my tracking information says and the delivery notice. Turned me away and now I don't have my package, but thanks for that knowledgeable help. Company matched the company on the package and it's frustrating to see the shape of what's in the picture you are showing her.

  I've used this post office too many times to count in the past decade and I have to say the service has always been great and the staff friendly. At certain times of the year, it's incredibly busy and they are limited by the number of staff on hand but they do their best to keep the line moving. They have great hours and I'm grateful to have a nearby option to deliver and pickup my parcels.
