  Booked a full-size car a week in advance, landed in destination, nobody is working, no full size car available. Now calling their downtown location and again no ones picking up. So disappointed.

  William and Kam are wonderful to work with. They are enthusiastic and helpful, especially in catering to my car rental needs. Highly recommended.

  Great customer service. I had pre booked a car and when I got there I was told that they no longer had the after hours drop box at this time due to thefts (Calgary wide). Without any argument required, the representative began problem solving for me after I explained there was no way I'd return in time (before noon) and would be unable to return the keys in the morning (I lived a $15 cab ride away). Alamo ultimately sent someone to my house the next day to pick up the keys! Very convenient, very professional. The car was great quality and the representative walked outside to record any scratches and bumps with me.

  Great servis as ussually. Our 5th roadtrip with car from Alamo. Always happy. Can't wait for next adventure with theirs car.
