::Great customer service. I had pre booked a car and when I got there I was told that they no longer had the after hours drop box at this time due to thefts (Calgary wide). Without any argument required, the representative began problem solving for me after I explained there was no way I'd return in time (before noon) and would be unable to return the keys in the morning (I lived a $15 cab ride away). Alamo ultimately sent someone to my house the next day to pick up the keys! Very convenient, very professional. The car was great quality and the representative walked outside to record any scratches and bumps with me.
