  I have been renting vehicles from National for over 2 decades and from their Calgary downtown location for over 10 years. The staff is both helpful and friendly and the vehicles are clean: I have not had a vehicle related service problem, ever.

  This is the only place I go to rent vehicles. They have always treated me well, and have often gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

  Cannot stress how great the folks at National are. They made sure I was in and out quickly and without any hassles. The car was clean and ran perfectly.

  It was my first time using National at this location! I I usually pick up at airports with the Emerald club. The guys at the front desk were amazing! Friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about their product. Great service! Hard to come by these days. Even without Emerald Aisle, I received the car I chose online and was given my upgrade in size. I returned the car a day late with the key drop service and was happy to see I wasn’t ‘gouged’ for the price. Well done, I will be back.

  I really appreciated both guy that check me in and out. I needed a satellite radio to keep up with the college and pro football and the dude that checked me in took the extra effort to find me one. Then I dropped off the vehicle about 5 minutes after closing, but, the check out dude was real accommodating. It's always nice to get good customer service!!
