The rooms were great, one of my biggest concerns are the quality of the bed and pillows. Theres was a few things that caught my attention like a bucket in the hallway collecting water from the ceiling and the lingering musk. Again all I really care about is the bedding (which was good), cause that's what Im really paying for.

Beds are small. No curtains in the Windows for to allow light in, just blackout curtains and are not long enough. Room door has half inch gap or better at bottom and side of door. No complimentary breakfast.. so plan to pay at the restaurant $$$. Loud and noisy no matter the time of day always hear someone above you or around you.. all night. Traffic during the day. Not enough power outlets to charge phone or use computer with out unplugging the lights and alarm clock. Kitchenette has no oven just a toxic microwave. Bring your own strainer and cheese grater. Was clean and warm place to stay. You will be glad to get home again.

The hospitality in this hotel has got to change. I was served by a rude front desk clerk not to mention the person beside me was being served in the same manor. Being threatened by one of the hotel staff were paying customers to not to mention my first nation owns shares in this hotel!!!! Not a happy customer 👎👎😡

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and big. Lots of places within walking distance like shopping and restaurants. Plus onsite. I still have my Yukon Inn hat ;)
