  I wanted to start getting into Yoga and as a beginner I looked at different establishments to see what would meet my needs. I have to say Yoga Passage was such an amazing and delightful studio. My first visit was complimentary (which I had met the Owner at the front desk and she was an absolute pleasure). They had such wonderful and welcoming staff that literally just made me feel part of a community and dare I say family. If you're looking for a place that has a range of unique Yoga techinques and teachings from beginners to advanced learners I highly highly recommend this place. Being an owner taught studio to me really made the quality and passion of the brand stand out! Try it out like I did and you won't regret it.

  Easily the best Yoga Studio in Calgary. The best teachers and community. The Studio offers a variety of classes for practicing yogis at every level. I have never left this place unsatisfied.

  Depending on the day, class, your ability will determine how much you enjoy these classes. I'm giving 4 because as a newbie I've found this place has some great teachers and everyone is very friendly. If I had more yoga experience at other studios I'd probably give it 5

  One of my favourite spaces on the planet! And... it just so happens to be right here in YYC! Such an authentic, welcoming & laid back studio w/ amazing instruction & a great variety of classes. This space is filled with devoted practitioners & one of the best communities I've ever been a part of. I always recommend Yoga Passage to those visiting from out of city as well as current residents looking for a new studio. Great location - ideal for those working/living downtown/inner city/central ... 2 options for noon classes daily as well as post work classes as well. Thank you to YP for keeping it real & truly embracing everyone who walks through your doors :)

  I am happy that I found this place. I never knew I would enjoyed yoga until I came here. I always thought yoga was just doing some stretches. This studio is very nice. Staffs are super friendly; instructors all seem to be very passionate about their job. I come almost every day unless if I am away from Calgary for work or vacation. It makes me feel great not only physically but also mentally after every class. I also find their price affordable comparing to most other yoga studios in Calgary.
