  Always an amazing work-out. Peloton is in the business of giving you the most authentic riding experience to build up your strength and stamina for outdoor riding, while still using new bikes and technology. For me, Peloton is waaaay better than YYC or One cycle where your arms are flapping around everywhere with disco music and an instructor that swears at you, but thats personal preference. In particular go to Seans Sufferfest classes, or Martine's mid day classes to get a terrific, and dry-heave inducing, work-out.
