::good prices and when i showed them a similar laptop online they went in the back and picked out the same and gave me the same price as online. very friendly guys and are nice to their customers. go in there with a good idea of what you want and they will find it. go in there with no idea of what you want and you won't get ripped off.

::As a student I was looking for an affordable yet potent laptop to replace my Chromebook that had recently toasted its battery. I was shocked to find a tricked out 3rd gen Lenovo on thepcroom.ca for only $350. SSD, 8 GB ram, and an i5 processor that is still relevant. I called them up to make sure the deal was real, and received great service and advice regarding local shipping. Not only was there a spring deal for free shipping and a laptop messenger bag, I got another 5% off as a student. The laptop arrived within a few days, and was all I had hoped for, except that I noticed the battery tanked from 100 to 0% in a few minutes unplugged. I called up thepcroom guys again, and they were very responsive to this issue, immediately shipping a brand new battery for free, which now allows me to post up at coffee shops all day and do the work that I need this laptop for. In short, great deals online, exceptional service over the phone. Would highly recommend buying from thepcroom.ca -Adam

::Excellent shop with a wide variety of laptops and desktops. Great prices, and friendly staff. I had very specific needs, and the owner was super accommodating in providing me options on laptop vs desktop. I ended up buying dell laptops for myself and my mom, also a high-quality 24" external lenovo monitor. Before buying any computer, refurbished or new, I highly recommend visiting PC room.
