::Okay location. I called ahead of time asking if they had something and when I got there they said they didn't have it. I took a look around and I found it. I was helped by 4 different staff while I was there which was awesome. It was fairly busy Sunday.

::Great in store experience! The guy who helped us select our washing machine was extremely kind and helpful, he really knows his stuff! But the 2 delivery guys who showed up at our door step were extremely unprofessional. They did not give us a good explanation as to WHY they were unable to help us with the installation of our washing machine. I think they were just lazy. At one point, one of them even said I was "wasting their time" Like EXCUSE ME? Is that any way to talk to a customer? I just want ANSWERS, not obnoxious comments about how I'm "wasting your time." Ok?

::Great management service, lots store department heads or sales are helpful. This is the largest Home Depot branch in Vancouver, they have the most inventory and selection. The hardwood floor department lost one of my bought merchandises in the storage, the manager on duty immediately dealt with exceeding my full satisfaction. Love this store!!! Will come back.

::We hired the carpet cleaning service offered at this location. Couldn't have been a worse experience. The day of the carpet cleaning they called trying to change the appointment due to "a conflicting schedule." It turned out the carpet cleaner just didn't want to deal with Vancouver traffic in the afternoon. The cleaner dropped solution throughout the building then left footprints all over our freshly cleaned apartment. The price we were told in store was also very different from what we ended up getting charged, even though he was only there for 20 minutes. Overall terrible experience and Home Depot needs to be more careful of the level of contractor they allow to represent them.
