THIS IS NO LONGER A RONA - they've transitioned into a Lowes. As such, the prices have gone through the roof and they're heavily pushing overpriced appliances and home furnishings, as well as reducing their stock of actual useful hardware. The staff don't seem to care any more and the layout is a disaster. They've basically started turning themselves into a Sears... good luck with that.

Came here for our spring flowers, ended up going elsewhere. Prices changed and what few plants they do have are not in the green house. We had to leave our shopping cart, go all the way to the west exit, go outside, back to the east entrance, choose plants, carry them inside back to our cart. I have never complained before about any store but this is dumb just dumb. Its the spring long week end and the employees of course are great but have no control over this new silliness.

This is a large store with many options. I was helped by Luis who did a fantastic job of showing me different products, walking around the whole store with me until I had what I needed.

I take back my earlier positive review. I only asked for an LED lightbulb for my fridge and was directed to a decorative bulb that would not work in the fridge at all. Easy to get lost in but great staff on a quiet Sunday afternoon.

The while store was under some sore of renovation when we went and in disarray. I spoke to one very helpful guy but that was after speaking to THREE guys who felt like they had wandered in to the store and knew nothing. In fact I feel like I prob new more about DIY than them, they were useless! The man at the Cut Room was very nice and the one helpful guy I found. I would recommend Home Depot for advice if you just wanna pick something up this place would be fine but don't expect to find anyone helpful.
