  Went in. the place is a disaster. I had my daughter with me and noone was any help. Worst place on earth to buy anything.

  This team is really great. Knowledgeable, friendly, reasonable prices and a great selection for such a small place. Highly recommend them. Specifics Good fastener selection with many in singles. Key cutting has been very accurate. Some great cutlery products. Paint quality and eco options are good.

  The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, albeit somewhat curmudgeonly at times. They know their stuff. Love this place.

  Alway excellent customer service and I never feel talked down to like some places do (especially as a woman), which I really appreciate. My only suggestion would be longer hours....5:30 is just too early in this city, and there aren't really any other hardware stores in walking distance that have the variety that's here. Keep up the good work!
