  We live in Kanata but we always go to the west hunt club brick. The reason we go to to that brick is because of that one salesman named Mohammad B. He's very polite and a great person and we never left without buying anything. We even recommend our family and friends to go see Mohammad if they ever needed to buy anything.

  They had a lot of really great furniture and appliances to outfit our new home. Our sales rep. Tony B. really helped us out to pick and choose everything we needed - Stress free. Thank you Tony and The Brick.

  I went to the Brick for VIP sale. Was invited by Thasneem Hoey. Amazing service. There was no stock for the bed room set I wanted. She met with the Store Manager and he stated there was a break new set with a chest. I checked and found that it was brand new and he gave me a price to clear. Wow! Was so happy with the price. Very cordial and professional service and filled with humor. I paid by a new Brick Card. Loved the service because people at the Store went out of their way to get me what we wanted. Will definitely be back.

  Always a pleasure visiting this location! the sales people are always very helpful helping me find what is most suitable for me and the customer service always helps me with any issues we encounter! would highly recommend this location if shopping at the brick

  My boyfriend and I purchased appliances for our new home from this store on Boxing day and our whole experience turned into a nightmare. I urge anyone considering purchasing appliances from the brick to please be careful as I feel this company does not care about their customers. Based on my experience, they seem perfectly fine with taking your money, giving you a damaged product and then doing next to nothing to fix your damaged item, which they likely damaged themselves. The wording of their warranty is very misleading so, please be aware that 100% protection, 100% peace of mind and No Lemons, Guaranteed is something they likely will not follow through with. When we unwrapped our items, we discovered that The Brick had shipped us a damaged fridge. The legs were bent, the doors were crooked and the unit was scratched. The Brick informed us that they would not replace our fridge because we did not tell them within 3 days of delivery that the item was damaged. We then called their warranty line to request a repair on the fridge that we received in terrible condition. Even though we paid an extra $400 for an extended warranty on our items, we were informed that the bent legs and crooked doors were not repairs that are covered under this warranty. I called the store numerous times requesting to speak with a manager and this request was denied every time. I then emailed The Brick Canada and they also informed me that they would not do anything to right this wrong. I finally spoke with a manager named John at the store and this person was literally the only slightly pleasant experience that I had during this whole ordeal. He was able to order new legs for our fridge that are apparently supposed to resolve the crooked door issue; however, I wouldn't know because I am still waiting for them to arrive. According to this manager, it will be our responsibility to install these new legs on our fridge, which I'm not too pleased about because we paid for a warranty that states that we would receive in home service and that the costs of parts and labour would be covered. I expressed this frustration to John and he has offered up his free time to come and assist my boyfriend and I in replacing the legs. I appreciate that this manager is willing to do everything in his power to help us with our issue; however, this does not fix the fact that the company itself seems to be in the business of selling people damaged products and warranties that misleads their customers into thinking that they have purchased something that will ensure their product will function like brand new. To top all of this off, we used our oven for the first time the other day and it randomly makes a loud buzzing noise throughout it's cook cycle. I am so disappointed that I spent $5,000 with this company to basically receive products that are functioning worse than the 18 year old appliances that we had before. Not having a functional fridge is really taking a toll on our lives and I blame all of this on The Brick. Anyone reading this, please be careful with appliance purchases at The Brick. I really don't want anyone else to go through what we're going through because not having functional appliances really messes with your livelihood.
